General Now it finally worked: We took time to get to know the ambitious concept of the new Schulauer ferry house. Who the old, down and with bad reputation incl. Service will not trust his eyes! Here, lots of money were sunk, from the floor to the ceiling, to the viewable new kitchen to the entire facility incl. to establish a positive and contemporary standard; in this way the average price performance ratio is actually relative to the positive. We received a politely reluctant young parental skeleton who was well supported by the team. The house offers 3 balanced matching cards and tables with 2 other day recommendations. Modern creative German cuisine is devastated to the usual maritime all kinds and classics are modernly accompanied, which causes problems to some older audiences, because molecular cuisine is not understood or some creation is perceived too exotic, which the farmer does not know... . Ferry house fish soup of the north with saffron refined 8.20€ : a very clear matter but excellent with fennel still a little bit crisp, saffron and scampi as well as 4 large noble fish pieces. Should be eaten as a preliminary soup! Büsumer crabs with radishes, cucumbers, Schmand and Ganité from green apple 12,50€ : Very elaborate and highly staged supplements from the molecular kitchen and pumpernickel cubes; true taste explosions but like the soup without further satisfactory supplements somewhat clear or as an appetizer. Should be overwritten in the card accordingly! fried from the North Sea cutter golden brown, lukewarm potato cucumber salad with roasted bacon €21.50; with Büsumer crabs €25.50: The fish really perfectly fried, densely fleshy and harmoniously spiced tender. Not fat and really golden brown perfect at all! The small cube salad tastefully noble and greeny but something too nasty for me and therefore difficult to eat... Fine cuisine without a doubt! The average sailor should know the claim and take time for an additional gear. The ambience ingeniously furnished, dream view, beautifully decorated and worthy of noble, chic overall equipment. A real pearl and no longer connect to the muffy old scrap pile. Fabric napkins, beautifully covered tables and well-kept mood. The announcements and explanations of the ship's salutation system, although maritim wants to be unanimous and interrupting the conversation, but unobtrusively somewhat disturbingly driven by the level, at least on the upper protected and covered terrace where we received one of the most beautiful places thanks to reservation. Ausgezeichneter Service. Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schöne Lage. Tolle obere Terrasse, offene Küche im hinteren Bereich. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
