Írjon visszajelzéstThe food was pretty good although they did not list a few things on their menu (disappointing). The managers had a heated discussion about their employees. Even if they were right in their perspective, the manager behavior as a customer felt uncomfortable. I'm probably not going back soon.
Brugger's Bagels has the best bagels in our neighborhood. They make great sandwiches of which the bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and lox is my favorite. They also make the best cold brew coffee in town.
The ordering process was somewhat confusing. You get your drink first, then order your sandwich and wait for it to be made before taking it to the designated area. Meanwhile, customers behind you are moving forward, which can be a bit stressful. I wasn’t quite sure whether I was supposed to order a bagel or where to pay, as there seemed to be some inconsistency at the payment counter. The ordering system is reminiscent of Starbucks, which I found to be easier. I was also let down by the absence of an app for ordering and earning rewards points.
I eat here often since I work nearby, and I have to say that the customer service is consistently excellent. The restaurant is always well organized, and the prices are reasonable with generous portions served.
Standard Bruegger's with a very friendly and efficient staff. I've visited a couple of times over the past few weeks during work hours, and I'm consistently impressed by how well the employees remember their regular customers. Everyone is greeted warmly, and the service is typically quick. The food quality is what you would expect from Bruegger's—no surprises there. The store is clean but somewhat small. They also offer free Wi-Fi.
