I used to visit this restaurant weekly, sometimes even 2-3 times a week. There was a very friendly Asian employee who was always there, working the line either alone or with one other person. He was always polite, patient, and dedicated to his work, ensuring that everyone’s orders were correct and that customers were happy. However, I noticed this summer that he is no longer employed at this location. I wonder if he was let go or if he plans to return. On the other hand, the manager, Marco, was unprofessional and unhelpful; it seemed like he was an obstacle for his staff. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location again.
I ordered a dish from the over $10 menu, but the bowl was less than half full. I also got a bowl with lettuce, and they only included about 5-6 small pieces, which were hardly noticeable.
Manager ? does not have any sense of customer service. I work in fast food myself, so it?s not like I expect perfection or anything near it. But it?s ok to be vaguely nice and not super abrupt and rude. None of the employees are wearing masks either. Portion sizes are much much worse than they used to be too
Picked up order, product was made wrong and cold. Corporate said the would give me 2 replacement meals on my loyalty card. They didn't. So basically I got the wrong food cold and no one from Qdoba actually cares. I realize that mistakes happen but the food should be going thru temp checks throughout the day.
