Big Rocco's Pizza Express - Wellington

I placed an order using the app that was suggested at 4:20 and was informed that my order would arrive by 5:24 pm. Ten minutes after waiting for my order, I decided to give them a call and was advised that my order wasn't even made yet. It is now 5:52 and still no order!! The fact that I had to call them for an update is just outrageous. Poor customer service.

Came in about 40 min after opening and no slices was told would be another 25 min service is always terrible with the employee there used to be my favorite lunch spot when I'm in the area but that one employee is sinking the ship and have constant bad service when he is workingService: 1/5

Used to be good but losing its touch.Service is slow...for no reason other than too much talking between cashier and pizza maker. Bottom crust black and burnt from using dirty pans. Zero sense of urgency...and quality is starting to suffer. Only 3 pizzas in the oven...at 7p on a Saturday...and 2 were mine. Should not be over an hour wait. Period.

Flop city ! The last 4 out of 5 pizzas from there have been undercooked to raw . This one was inedible threw it in the trash after one bite . What a waste of money. Never going back!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and was told delivery would be an hour. It showed up in 15 minutes which sounds awesome... until I opened the box. I mean would you look at that flop? How do you eat that? No crisp, no firmness whatsoever. Just a **** poor excuse for a pizza. Take some pride in your craft for Christ sake.
