Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

So I was very excited about this place as I was in other places and they were great. The greeting was not very friendly and then the food was under par. The sandwich was good, but the frits were invaded in oil, which was very inconspicuous. The O rings are also good. Oh, and the shaking machine was broken. Hopefully, we just caught her in a dead time.

We use to love eating here with the family weekly. How ever the food and service quality has dropped. First when we stepped inside the music was so loud hardly could hear anything else. We normally sitting outside to enjoy the weather and avoid the loud music. But they closed the outside service everytime when we were there. They also closed the section inside and put everyone at the back corner during the busy hour. We were pack like sadine in the can. We hardly could move our arms to eat when they put 8 of us at one table. The deep fried food was bad with bitter after taste and soggy. We asked to sent them back but they still charged for it. This was continually happened many times of our visits and many more things that didn't mentions. Very disapointed!!

I wish I could do no star. Our croissant turkey sandwich came out with part of someone's (plastic) glove in it. We picked out and showed our server he took it to be fixed. It was brought back with the same plastic on the plate. They said it was a new sandwich which was a lie. We will never go back.

The burgers are delicious. A lot of change in the menu.

Excellent service, seating in the bar area. Waitress, Raelee, was great, friendly, helpful and very professional. Our meats were really good. I had served the Sautéed 'Schroom Burger in Salat (no bung) with floorless side salad. I ordered the Artic cod to go with the floorless side salad. The food was immediately available when I was ready and hot when I arrived at the hotel. Excellent experience.
