Chick-fil-a - Wesley Chapel

As I write this review, I aim to express my thoughts thoughtfully and constructively. Unfortunately, the Wesley Chapel location falls below expectations. As a member of the local community, I was looking forward to visiting the newly renovated facility in South Dekalb. However, the staff—who appear to be quite young—do not seem to meet Chick-fil-A's established standards. Having seen my sister work for the company throughout her high school years, I understand what is expected from their employees. Unfortunately, the team at this location often displays poor attitudes, rarely uses the phrase "My pleasure," and tends to move at a slow pace, among other issues. Additionally, the drive-thru service is quite disappointing; it’s so slow that you might as well go inside. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I can’t continue to do so. It’s disheartening to say this, but I hope Wesley Chapel can do better!

The food here is consistently excellent! I'm a big fan of the cookies and cream milkshake! I usually place my order through the app and pick it up at the drive-thru, which is super convenient. However, I do wish their app offered more freebies and coupons like some other fast food restaurants.

As for accessibility, there's excellent support for those with special needs who want to dine in. My best friend, who uses a walker, appreciates that she doesn’t have to lift it over curbs or rely on someone for assistance. Enjoy your visit!

NOT A DOG FRIENDLY LOCATION! If you google dog friendly restaurants near me Chic-fil-A comes up but sadly they are not. They have the perfect outdoor seating area for those times when you want to enjoy a Chic-fil-A sandwich and you have the family pet with you. My husband and I have done this several times and today for some reason, they asked us to leave. I was told if they were visited by the health inspector that they could be shut down for having a dog on the property. No signs in sight either. I contacted corporate customer service, they said they would check into it and let me know if it is a location policy as it is not a corporate policy. I just wanted to let my doggo families in Wesley Chapel know.

The drive through service is horrendous. I’ve been to other chick fil as during peak hours and the efficiency has been night and day. I was in line for nearly 40 minutes and I didn’t see a single person outside helping take orders, helping hand off food. Nothing to ease the flow of cars. Great food but awful service
