Starbucks - West Bend

Zoe and Brandon are some of the nicest people I met when I travel my daily Starbucks. They always smile on my face and brighten my day. Some of the best workers I saw everywhere in West Bend. Great customer service from the two.

I came in two days ago to redeem stars. The workers there were so nice, it really shocked me how considerate they were. They were in the middle of donating food, and gave me a free sandwich for the road. They also were having problems with their whipped cream canister, but they tackled this problems and appoligized. Surprisingly that mess up made such a fantastic drink better than ANY frappuccino I have ever had.. I was speechless. They did amazing!

I will always my Starbucks peppermint mocha lattes, it's Christmas in a cup! 4 stars given cause store on my side of WB is consistently closed! I feel this causes super long lines at other location. Maybe symptoms of staff shortages?

Later in the day, I visited the café and was pleased to find the barista exceptionally friendly and helpful. The shop itself is clean and beautifully designed. I really appreciate how the barista goes the extra mile to ensure my drink is perfect and ready quickly.
