Visiting from Manhattan, late on a rainy Tuesday night in late November, jonesing for some ramen but unsure what I'd find in the land of brats cheese... whoa! This is the real deal! Greg loves his craft, and you can taste the dedication that goes into this food. Pork buns, brat wontons, and a perfect bowl of ramen made this an unexpected highlight of my trip. I'll be back, and I'll try everything on the menu. Thank you. Tampopo lives. Rock on!
Excellent and would go back again! Great staff and food was amazing! Hoping for some dessert next time!!
Small locally owned restaurant in Sheboygan. They have another location in West Bend. I got the Tochi and it was okay. My dad got the pork and beef buns. Those were delicious! Would not personally recommend the brat dumplings. Small restaurant with not a lot of seating. There is a bar area that's first come first serve. You can call ahead for reservations too. I would recommend calling ahead. If they are going to be closed, it's posted on Facebook. Otherwise you'll just show up and there's a sign posted on the door.
My husband and I moved to Arizona a few years ago. Tochi was our favorite Ramen spot in Wisconsin. We were hopeful to find a new favorite Ramen spot in Arizona. Unfortunately, after two years we can say it 's been unsuccessful. Nothing will ever be better than Tochi. We miss it dearly. My husband just said well now we know, Tochi was the best Ramen spot in the country... Possibly the world Needless to say, I figured I 'd write a review. If you 're wondering if you should eat here, the answer is absolutely yes. But do be warned, you 'll never find a better place again!
