Jet's Pizza - WEST BLOOMFIELD

Typically a great jets experience, but not today, put my order online, came to the estimated time of order completion, then sat for another 25 minutes (more than double the original estimate) to get my food. then found out that one of my articles “Stuck behind another great order”. so the rest of my pizzas sat for the whole time. very disappointing experience.

Great location and staff! But to Jet 's corporate how about pricing in the tip at checkout into the meal and paying your workers a decent wage. It 's not up to me to make sure your staff makes a decent living wage.

Horrible service if you are using delivery. Many items I asked for were missing and the delivery person refused to get out of their car to make the delivery. Will not be frequenting this Jet’s Pizza again.

Be proactive, if your online services are having issues maybe you should turn it off instead of taking people's money then to wait 3-5 days.

I love Jets pizza but I wouldn't order from this location unless you want your order to be completely messed up. Either they overcook your pizza and you have to ask for lightly baked just to get a normal baked pizza or they underbake it! Same with their Jet's bread. I realize that a lot of places are shortstaffed but standard still should be followed through before delivering pizza to someone's home. And if told that you're going to get a credit but it's going to take a couple of days for it to reflect on your bank account you can count on the fact that you will never ever see your money again. That has happened to me as well. This time around was the last straw where we got under baked literally raw Jets bread delivered to us tonight. When I called the young man was very pleasant but his manager was a very busy man and couldn't be bothered to get on the phone and only offered a partial refund for the half baked bread. The owner Patrick will call you and promise to credit account and then doesn't. Not happy w them at all and I've been a regular customer for years! Definitely hope this location gets new ownership or new management that worries about standards. Because trust me Jets pizza can do way better than this location!!!
