G's Pizzeria Deli - West Branch

This is the fifth or sixth time I've tried this place since moving here. Almost every time there is something wrong with the order and if they're not outright combative about fixing it (Once they gave me the wrong pizzas, so I called and explained, they never apologized and eventually agreed to exchange them if I drove up town myself to trade them out). This most recent time, I asked for barbeque and ham. That's it. They didn't even put barbeque sauce on the pizza, it's literally just cheese and ham with no sauce, though somehow it has managed to be inedibly spicy? I have no idea. I don't think I've ever written a bad review for anything, but I am INCREDIBLY tired of spending $50 $60 for bad food and worse service. To be fair, I ordered the 2 for $25 and the second pizza was great sauce as requested, toppings on point, crust deliciously tender but not too soft. Now if it could just be the norm.

We just moved to the area and decided to try Gs. We spent about $50 on 2 pizzas and a bread. We drove 15 mins home only to realize that they did not make our pizza light sauce as we had ordered. My husband called to inform them that not only did they not put light sauce, it seemed that they put extra sauce. They told us they'd give us a $10 credit. Well, that was quite disappointing, considering we spent over $50 for food that wasn't what we ordered. The pizza was actually quite good besides the fact it was swimming in sauce. I'd love to give them another try in the future, maybe a dine in instead.
