Playa Bowls - West Caldwell

I love Playa Bowls! The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the fruit is always fresh!

This restaurant consistently delivers excellent food. I appreciate their use of seasonal flavors. Orders are always punctual.

As a loyal customer of Playa Bowls, I am disappointed with the service at the West Caldwell location. Today, I ordered 6 bowls and the employee who prepared my order used dirty gloves to cut the fruit and pack my order. When I asked her to change the lid, she responded rudely and with attitude. The manager was not available and another employee told me that they would only change the lid this one time. This experience has led me to decide not to return to Playa Bowls West Caldwell in the future.

I'm a frequent customer because everything is here. They consistently make delicious dishes, have the order quickly and have a very personalized staff. I love this place!
