First time having soul food since moving to Chester County 16+ years ago and lemme tell you it didn?t disappoint. You ever love food so much you dance while you eat it? Yeah that?s me and I don?t care who knows. Have a friend in Georgia and finally got to use his phrase. ?Bbq so good make you wanna slap yo mamma!? Mabels coming with that down home southern flavor. 1st , the food was awesome. The fried chicken, brisket, ribs and the collard greens were as good or better than home made. The sweet potato pie was some of the best we've had and the lemon 7 up cake also excellent. 2nd the family atmosphere. This is my 1st time here,I'm actually upset that I haven't been here before,since they told me that they have been at this location for 17 years! The ribs fall right off the bone, the sauce is good too. The sweet potatoes and Mac and cheese are delicious. Definitely will be going back!

Mabel 's! Is EVERYTHING. I recently relocated to PA from Chicago And; was in need of some good home food! I Googled found Mabel 's BBQ...OMG... it did NOT disappoint! Service was amazing! The way they treated me and their other customers so very kind attentive. Totally impressed! And; their special sauce?! Humph...to live for! I ordered Whiting, fried wings, greens, sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, cabbage, potato salad and Lemon 7 Up Cake! AHHHHHHMAZING!!

Best pulled pork sandwich ever! Also their beef brisket is amazing! And finally the ribs are to die for!! Not a fast food joint, so don't expect to be in and out in 5 minutes! But 100% worth the wait!
