Mcalister's Deli - West Columbia

Very poor customer service! The young people are undisciplined and very unorganized. There must be a responsible adult manager! In addition, the Four Cheese Melt had two cheeses (most) on my wife. Damaged service, expensive food that does not meet description or expectations!

This McAlister?s is amazing!!! I had a catering order that got messed up. Had an order for 5 people which needed to be for 25. Not only were they able to get the order ready for me same day, but they got it ready within 30 mins. Amazing customer service! My Faith in hardworking and kind people has been restored lol!

They make great sandwiches but their app is not so hot. You can order from your table on the app and they will bring the food to your table. But I couldn't order the sandwich I wanted (pastrami Reuben) from the app and had to go to the counter to order. Food 5*, app 3*

Food was great, place clean staff was friendly. The only thing is they need to follow a system of who order first to get there food before people that ordered after us. We had to ask for our food that was seating there for a few minutes . People that came in after us got there food first.

Exceptional lunch spot! 4 of us went there and not a disappointed or negative thing to say amongst us. Portions were perfect. Food was delicious. Staff were beyond nice. Veggie sandwich: Incredible Veggie chili: Incredible Sweet tea: Incredible I can't recommend this place enough for a great lunch spot. If I'm in Lexington again, I'll be there for sure!
