Írjon visszajelzéstI've ordered from this restaurant a few times over the past three years, and the food is decent Chinese takeout—pretty much what you'd expect. However, the woman who runs the front is rude and confrontational for no apparent reason. I've witnessed her make fun of customers after they leave and belittle others because of language barriers. I stopped ordering from them for a long time after she mistakenly tried to give me the wrong order. When I pointed it out, she got defensive and rude. Honestly, I felt embarrassed for her but decided to let it go. Tonight was the final straw; her poor attitude has cost them yet another customer. While I'm sure they can manage without my patronage, with customer service like that, it's only a matter of time before one unhappy customer turns into five, and then ten, and so on.
I've been dining at this restaurant for over 20 years, but I've noticed that the prices have skyrocketed while both the quantity and quality of the food have declined. I refuse to keep patronizing a place that keeps raising prices like this. I can prepare any dish on their menu for half the cost. The price hikes feel unwarranted and like price gouging.
After a long drive home, I opened the food only to discover that they forgot an essential item: the sweet and sour sauce. I called to let them know, and all the staff member could say was, "Oh? I'm sorry." I explained that I was driving back from afar to retrieve it, but she didn't offer any compensation, like a drink or anything, for the inconvenience of returning for what I had ordered. It's disappointing because this isn’t a fast food establishment, and they were not particularly busy. I tipped generously and remained calm, yet all I received in return was a lackluster apology. It seems they’re not interested in retaining customers. I won’t be returning. I wasn’t looking for anything free; I just expected a sincere acknowledgment of the error rather than a casual dismissal. When I consider the tip and the gas I had to spend driving back, I ended up paying around $14 more than I should have. Apologies for the lengthy message, but I’m really disappointed with this experience.

I've been coming here for about five years and never had any issues. The food is always hot and fresh, made to order, and a good portion. I have NEVER experienced bad customer service here! I will say it's easier to order online due to a language barrier, but so what? Then it's ready when you walk in and you don't have to wait! I wouldn't recommend dining in because it's an older place with bad 90s aesthetic, but it's great for takeout! By far the best takeout around!!
