Everyone loves McDonald?s but this was is just so horrible. No matter what, drive thru or mobile order and pickup they are so much slower than any other McDonald?s. Why even offer mobile order. I ordered, drove over and updated the app of which parkingspot I was in and just watched car after car go through the drive thru. New cars that came after just cruising through withtheir orders. Blah blah blah
I can't comprehend why or how is it possible for McDonald's to ALWAYS get your order WRONG! Not only do they get it wrong, they are completely unprofessional and rude. I had a very disappointing incident with a management position employee and I HAD totake it to corporate. Seriously, they need to be trained by chick fil a!
I don?t normally review large chains like McDonald?s. For the most part, all large chains like McDonald?s have been a good experience for me. This particular McDonald?s is a shi* show every time I go. Every time I go, I hope thy it?s better, but itnever is. Luckily for me, the next closest McDonald?s is 1 minute further than this one. What makes this McDonald?s so bad: literally nobody employed here seems to be working efficiently. No real care for customer?s time. Doesn?t seem like theycommunicate with each other. Slow service (comparing with another local McDonald?s off of Azusa and Amar). they areunderstaffed. Even if they were staffed properly, management doesn?t seem to care. the facilities. One of the first screensyou see is bubbling. Then the main screen menu in the drive thrus are glitching out. Have observed a cashier with gloves onhandle food then money, then food again? without a hand wash in between. The gloves aren?t worn to prevent the workers handsfrom getting dirty. The worker should have tossed the gloves before handling food again. Gave 2* rather than 1*, because thefood still tasted how it?s supposed to taste. But FFS, I?ll try this location again mid next year.
Something's very wrong with the management and services of this McDonald's. The smoothie was listed in the app and I ordered it. I waited for a long time in the drive thru and they told me they don't actually have it. They said they would give me a largefrappuccino for the inconvenience but they actually gave me a small one. I did not come here to get a coffee. I wanted asmoothie or a refund. Other locations of McDonald's can do much better.
