Great spot for brunch! It can get quite crowded. I mean, they have beignets! If you order those, you'll definitely need some extra hands. I’d recommend skipping the fruit as a side; we found it wasn't worth it.

Awful experience!! We've dined at this restaurant many times for brunch and other occasions, always expecting the same level of service. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case tonight...

I had a disappointing brunch that cost over $100. I typically avoid writing negative reviews, and I usually enjoy Louie's for dinner and cocktails, but I really won't be coming back for brunch again.

This place serves the best vodka drinks in Des Moines! Established in 1975, it’s one of the few remaining cash-only bars.
