Starbucks - West Des Moines

Very noisy. Lack of comfy chairs. No fireplace. If you just want to use drive-thru, it’s superb. If you come here for a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, you’ll be disappointed.

Pay extra for cold foam and then they don’t give it to you. Try and call the location and their phones don’t work!

Picked up my coffee in the cafe as I had ordered through mobile app smiled and said thank you, no response. I was walking away as I heard my name I turn around and hear multiple workers laughing at my name, one even said “what kind of name is shelsie” I’m not mad, but thought it was very poor customer service/taste. I’ve came here many times before, but will not be back.

Nicely designed Starbucks. Very clean. Great staff. I got my first PSL of the season but since I gave up coffee awhile ago I got decaf espresso. The baristas accommodated my request with no problem. The drink came out pretty quickly. My spinach and feta wrap and cheese danish took a few more minutes to come out but they were at the perfect temp so it was worth the wait!

Service was quick and polite. I'm still not a fan of how watered down their drinks are as a whole and things can get pricey compared to competitors. This particular location is very pretty though.
