The food is outstanding, with unique and flavorful specialties that are made with approachable ingredients and aromas. While it may not cater to Asian tastes, Western diners are likely to find the dishes enjoyable. However, the atmosphere at the bottom level can be quite crowded and noisy, making it difficult to move around once seated. Additionally, the waitstaff often have to navigate through the tight space, which can be a bit challenging.

The service was quick, and the food was both delicious and beautifully presented. The drunken chicken and three-fold boiled pig were standout dishes. The restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere that made for a pleasant dining experience. We truly enjoyed our time there.

I had a wonderful experience with the authentic dishes at this restaurant, which are a refreshing change from typical Cantonese food. The Shanghainese cuisine is much more intriguing and flavorful. They serve the best soup dumplings in Brisbane! I enjoyed sitting outside on a pleasant, mild evening in February. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking genuine cuisine without any unnecessary frills, all at very reasonable prices.

Food was fantastic, venue is conveniently located and the menu is great. Service by the staff left a lot to be desired. When we were hoping to order something, no one seemed to want to serve us. It was very disappointing because the food was so good but the service was very poor.
