Wurst Haus - West Hartford

The food did not match what was promised on the menu. Two people in our group ordered the special short rib dinner, which was supposed to come with gravy, but it didn't. One person requested mashed potatoes but received egg noodles instead. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, and unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked and too deep-fried. I left feeling disappointed.

I had higher expectations for this restaurant since it's said to be affiliated with The Student Prince. Unfortunately, it was just average. I don’t see a reason to return.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at the Wurst Haus. Our server was friendly and attentive, making our small birthday celebration feel special. The food was outstanding, and the portions were very generous. The ambiance was also lovely. We will definitely return!
