Lorenzo’s use have good food but in recent years have fallen short of taste and quality. I figured I would give them another chance so called to place Christmas Eve dinner entrees. I called twice in the prior weeks to be certain and both their answers were to call the day of Christmas Eve by noon. Well, it’s noon of Christmas Eve and I was just told I was out of luck and that I was misinformed by both their employees of Lorenzo’s! No apology, and could care less of ruining Christmas Eve plans. Don’t bother with an establishment like this! I’m sticking with Biagetti’s who has great service and fantastic food!!

Had many parties here from baby showers to a baptism party and everything was wonderful! Everyone was so accommodating and the food was delicious! We usually order once a week for pizza, subs and desserts and they never disappoint!

Best pie in West HavenBeen going here for years. This is our comfort food.UPDATE: Had a catered event and both the food and staff were worth every penny. Our gratitude to them for making my daughter's shower go off without a hitch. The room itself easily held our 30 guests.
