Love B1G1 (Wednesday is Sundae! Ice cream was very good, as usual. However, they were out of crunchies...don't understand how a business that uses them in most cakes some novelties could run out of this item!

Go to Hoyers. I went for my last time tonight. Ordered a large cup and there was just enough to fill a small cup in there. Hey ALWAYS go around the the walls of the cup and leave the middle hollow. Tonight, the ice cream wasn't even above the rim. They give you a domed lid, no need here. Just use a flat one. They should be ashamed. Too bad I can?t leave a zero.

Horrible place.. .. One scoop of ice cream was like a teaspoon and my shake was like milk with Quick... Watery... Horrible..Stay away

Have been coming here for over 20 years and tonight just had a horrible experience but usually when the owner is around it?s a bad one. Ordered lg. hot fudge sundae whip cream no cherry and the kid made an honest mistake and did the opposite. Added the cherries and no whip cream. He brought it to the owners attention and her fix instead of just making a new one was picking the cherries off yes it?s covered in cherry juice. So I asked if she could not do that and just
