Domino's Pizza - West Helena

The order I received was completely incorrect. When I called to have it corrected, I was put on hold and never got a response. I drove to the restaurant, showed them the receipt along with the incorrect food I received, and was met with eye rolls or simply ignored. They offered us the incorrect sandwich, which we accepted, but then one of the workers came over, said "no, I want it," and started eating it while preparing other food. The service was absolutely dreadful. When we finally received our replacement order, the sandwich was still not right. I won't be returning to this place. We weren't offered any discount or compensation, despite having to drive back to the restaurant because they left us on hold. We couldn't even keep the food they had messed up. This experience deserves negative stars.

This was my second time ordering since they opened in town. I was going to pick up the order, but the delivery drivers were busy. It was easy for me to change my request. The pizza arrived hot and everything was just as I ordered. And by the way, pineapple belongs on pizza!

I haven't been able to place an online order from this restaurant for over a year. I used to order from them at least once a month, but I'm not sure what's happening with their online ordering system. To be honest, I no longer have any interest in figuring it out; this was my final attempt.

Was drunk so it was the best pizza in the world.
