Tropical Smoothie Cafe - West Hempstead

The smoothie was delicious, and the salad was great as well. The space was clean and spacious.

While waiting for my food, I noticed a leak from the ceiling that dripped right onto my meal. I informed a man whose name I can't remember, but he seemed quite unhelpful. After he saw how upset I was, they moved the food station just a tiny bit, about half a centimeter. He then started sweating and singing a catchy song. I’m giving it two stars solely because of that song. My life is dedicated to serving Christ.

My daughter recently worked at this restaurant, and I was shocked to discover that their smoothies are 80% ice and lack real flavor. They don't contain any fresh fruit. For such an expensive item, it was disappointing.

Ordered a three cheese quesadilla for takeout and when I got home and opened up the box it's literally a kids meal portion. I paid $16 for garbage. The quesadilla is smaller than the width of a napkin... The smoothies are good but don't waste your money on buying the food unless you want to eat like a baby. See pictures

Best smoothie place on Long-Island. Staff is always nice, store is very clean, food and smoothies taste great.
