Guisados - West Hollywood

We tried 8 different tacos the meat (further away) we? re juicy and delicious (my partner had these), but the peskatarian/veggie options were not. They had no sauce and spices I hoped. The server on the front when we ordered was amazing! He spoke passionately about the tacos he loved and shared our tacos on different plates when he found out that I could not eat meat (he did this without asking him). The juices are their lemon / lime their hibiscus drinks, which are well paired with the tacos.

Loved the ambiance and the food. We ordered the sampler with 2 steak options and 4 pork options except the chorizo. 4 of them tasted fantastic and I don?t know which is which but I know that the steak options, both are fantastic, the pork ones, we loved 2/4 (the one with onions on top and the one on the top of the picture I added!

Love that they have a sampler menu where I can try different types of tacos. I love variety in my food! The horchata is a bit sweet but love the flavour. Forgot to take a photo before I ate the ceviche! The ceviche pairs well with the tacos.

Great braised meat tacos. I liked half the veggie tacos on the sampler. A few were very similar, but good. Great, quick service.

The sampler seems popular for the first timer, but we decided to pick some of the regular menus. Everything was unique and delicious but mole was our favorite!
