Omi Sushi - West Hollywood

It’s unfortunate to say that Omi has closed down. We’ve been fans of Omi Sushi for many years, and although it took us some time to adjust to the new owners, we’re delighted to report that it’s even better than before. The food is fresh, delicious, and affordable!

Delicious! We ordered nearly half the menu, and it was surprisingly affordable. The service was quick and friendly. The entire sushi selection was fresh, and the rolls were unique and not your typical offerings. It's a fantastic spot for a date where you can create your own tasting menu.

I'm not sure if this was just an off night but, I remember Omi being much better than it was on this particular night. We got there early and it was dead but, it was completely packed by the time we left. The restaurant is now under new ownership so not sure if this was the reason for the difference in quality.

I've been visiting this restaurant for two years, and no matter what roll you choose, you're bound to be satisfied. The prices are quite reasonable. If you're in search of a great sushi spot, whether dining solo or with friends, this is the perfect place for you. Plus, for just $35, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi! The fish is fresh, and the atmosphere is vibrant.

Came here for the first time in a party of 7 on a Sunday night. It's conveniently located right by our friend's apartment so we just walked over. Restaurant is very clean with ample table seating and a small sushi bar area. We were greeted by the manager, Tony (I think thats his name), and his staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the AYCE sushi and a few alcoholic beverages. Tony was so attentive and helped us with our order. The AYCE isn't advertised anywhere on the regular menu, but once we asked about it, he brought out a different menu sheet for us to order from. The options for AYCE is MUCH larger than most of the other sushi restaurants I've been to! They even allow 1 round of sashimi! I was also happy to see that they have a section of rolls that do not include rice! Instead, they use cucumbers or soy paper to wrap the rolls! OMG I was in heaven!!! The rest of my party ordered mostly rice rolls, some hand rolls and other appetizers as well. We were so full! The quality of the fish here is very good and fresh! I love finding little hidden gems like this place! The manager even gave us a couple of free rounds of sake and also a discount for paying in cash! Since our friends live so close by and we visit often, I'm pretty certain we will be back again!
