L'assiette Steak Frites

Sorel soup steak were amazing, but everything else including service was a miss.

Just the best steak frites around! The only place that divides the order into 2 parts to assure warm, fresh quality food on your plate at any time! The owner came to the table to make sure that we were satisfied with COMPLETELY and committed us for at least 10 minutes in a wonderful conversation. Really a great experience

Introduced to this place by Blackboard Eats. We had the steak frites delicious, but wished there was a little less sauce, so we could see the meat. The little gemstone salad, Mac and cheese and Brownie were delicious. Our server was nice.

The first time in L'assiette and was really impressed. We tried a series of appetizers and all were great. If you like foie grass, it's impressive. As our head we all had the house speciality, Steak Frites, which in two portions approx. 10-15 minutes apart. One portion was simply enough for me, but it was an interesting idea that I thought worked well. Come hungry it is a great meal as a reasonable price. Would highly recommend it.

Their A/C was out and it was one of the hottest days in LA. Neither the manager or the wait staff apologized.
