El Pollo Loco - West Jordan

I've been going to El Pollo Loco for decades and this location has to be the worst. Every time I go in, there is a problem. I actually expect it every time I walk through the door. Sometimes I am overcharged, others my order is missing items. This time, they had no legs or thighs and it would 30 minutes before any would be available. I ended up going elsewhere for dinner.

Maria provided outstanding service despite being very busy. So grateful for professional service. That’s why we eat here as often as possible. Food is great, too.

The menu for the most part is good. But follow through leaves something to be desired. I ordered a salad. The rice in it was either not cooked all the way or stale. It was real hard on the teeth. Service was nice and friendly.

I was in El Pollo Loco for the first time. Not impressed by the menu options and the Burrito I chose. It was in a tortilla and it was cold and the tortilla was too thick for my pleasure.

The sauce is top notch, the quesadilla was a bit shy on cheese, but had plenty of meat! The tables were not that clean, and the ice tea was empty!
