This was one of the worst servings of fish and chips I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing.

I haven't been to the village chip shop in quite some time, and I think it will be a while before I consider eating there again. I was really looking forward to a good meal, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. The food, especially the chips, was terrible; they had an off-putting taste that I suspect was due to old oil not being changed. There was even a bad smell coming from them. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Service: Takeout.

The girl serving was very pleasant. The food was shocking. Worst fish and chips I've ever had. The fish had obviously been cooked hours before. It was like eating leather and I can still taste the cooking oil the next morning. The chips were dark, greasy and rock hard. Straight in the bin. Total waste of money I'm afraid. On a scale of 1 to 100 this was a 1. Food: 1
