I'm really disappointed! I ordered $50 worth of food, and included in my order was the kids’ meal, which was chicken tenders with an upgraded side salad for an extra $1.50. Unfortunately, they packed both items together in the same container, so the chicken was placed right on top of the salad, causing it to become warm and spoil. I might have overlooked this, but the chicken tenders were soggy and extremely hard—almost like stones! I’ve been going to McMenamins for years, and this is the worst quality I’ve ever experienced.

Regrettably, this was our final visit to this restaurant. We've dined here numerous times, but it has really declined. The prices are steep, and the quality of the food has dropped significantly. It was bland and served cold. They've also stopped offering Oregon grass-fed beef, which used to be one of the reasons we chose to eat here. It's disappointing.
