Dirty Vegan - West London

Shocking rude service! It was clear that the woman who served us did not want to serve us because she asked me to go to the back of the queue and delete it again because what she wanted (a milkshake) took too long to make. Really frustrating simply set a sign if you do not want to serve half of your menu elements. We traveled specifically because the vegan ice cream they serve is really nice, but unfortunately abandoned disappointed and emptied as we did not want to delete twice to probably say the same again. Avoid the avoidance. So many great vegan places in london leave this from your list. 1* is too generous

Not allowed to give only one star to fully vegan places. What a shame. It has tried many different things that sound good, but essentially it wasn't. 1.The food took a loooong time to get. While waiting for the food, I saw that they made my ice cream and milkshake first and put on the tray. I wanted to ask if I could take them to my table so that I and my family could eat before melting, but before I was able to dismiss the worker very rudely and said according to WAIT for the REST OF YOUR ORDER . After waiting for the longest time, she probably realized that the rest didn't come as fast as she wished, so I could finally take my two melting objects. I had no objection that they were made first, I was happy to have them before my meal, no problem. But please don't let me just melt on her. You should call you to let you know that the molten objects are ready and that the rest is still coming. 2.The workers were rude, especially when I got the wrong dive and asked about the right one, with a smile and very polite, because mistakes happen and it is not a big thing. They insisted that it was the right thing, but when someone with flavor pencils I knew it was wrong. I finally have the right bathroom. But the whole ordeal was unnecessary. 3.The food was NOT worth the price. It was mostly tasteless, dry and cold. Do NOT try the Mac Daddy (Burger with Mac n cheese or the Mac balls. You were terrible! No taste, no salt, no cheese and super dry, lumpy and disgusting! The worst Mac I've ever had. Neither I nor my family could finish them. The nuggets were boring, the frits were limp and cold. The milkshake was fine, the ice was sunk. The onion rings were decent tasting. Overall not worth your time or money. But maybe they had a bad day when we left, I don't know.

Dirty hot dog was nice, but the chicken burger was disappointing basically chicken patty on a bungalow with some Mayo. Also no hand-sanitary, what you ask, how clean the hands of the staff are?

I don't think it's particularly impressive given the price paid. The staff does not seem to be very unfriendly. Almost zero communication. Updated by previous review on 2022-12-03

I had turn Big Mac Daddy which was £9.50 for a takeaway burger. The patty is good, as were the BBQ mushrooms but the Mac and cheese in the burger was so bland, overcooked pasta with a tasteless sauce. Wouldn’t recommend.
