Chick-fil-a - West Memphis

Stopped at this restaurant on a drive home from Memphis and it was ok. It was breakfast time and it did not look too busy but it took a while for food to come out. I ordered via the app and other locations seem to get it out more quickly than this one did. The food was good and the service was good but based on the wait time, it was rather disappointing.

I've bn a loyal chick-fil-a customer since as far back as I can remember. The service is always immaculate and the food is the best when I comes to fast food chain operations. This was my 1st visit to this particular location and I wasn't pleased. They were prompt as always but my order was wrong twice and when I took my food back to the counter after my party and I decided to dine in I talked with the manager who was on duty at the time and this man mad me second guess if I even wanted to eat thereHe asked me seems like 20 questions before allowing me to return an item that I knew I didn't ask for and even after correcting my order he still asked more unnecessary questions which was ridiculous. I spend $80 that day and it was not worth it at all. This is not and should not be a reflection of all Chick-fil-A restaurants because for the most part Chick-fil-A kills it everytime. I still and always will love them. I'm just not sure that I will visit this location again

We were in town for an assembly. Decided on chicken and glad we did. Drive through and back to the hotel we went for some yum yum chicken time. This was my first time through a drive through that operated in this way, pretty neat. Either way, great food, service with a smile, even when they looked at the line of cars picking up chicken on a Saturday night!Awesome!
