Lusso Lounge - West New York

My daughter had her birthday party here and it felt like we had all the place for us. Great service and when the kids mentioned that they loved the food, that's a thumb. Kudos to the manager to make your day unforgettable!

I have been coming here for the last year, and after reading the reviews it’s obvious there are two sides to every story. First the good, the pizza is good, and the salads are good too. Also, a shout-out to the new chef, as I have had some great dinners here lately, just ask for the specials, I had the chicken rollatini and it was amazing! Ok, now the bad, it’s a local bar and sometimes it gets loud, especially as it gets late, but the stereo is good and there’s always sports on the multiple TV’s so if you have a two year old you might want to think twice about showing up on Friday night at 11:30, just saying. But the local Crowd is cool so if you want to hang out and have a cocktail, the music is good, and the bartenders are friendly.

The restaurant features a cozy bar atmosphere with a wide range of delicious handmade pizzas, traditional Italian classics, and burgers. We tried the Supreme and Caprese pizzas, and both were outstanding. Although they have several TVs, the place still maintains the ambiance you'd expect from an intimate Italian dining experience. Contrary to what I've read in other reviews, the manager is quite approachable and knowledgeable, clearly taking pride in the quality of the Lusso experience. I can't wait to return!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. The pasta is flavorful, and the pizza options are excellent! However, the service is an issue. They often seem to be understaffed, which leads to longer wait times for food, even when the place isn't busy. Once they improve on that front, it could easily become a 5-star destination. The food alone definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

I stopped by for lunch today, and despite some earlier reviews that made me a bit skeptical, I decided to give the place a try. I was pleasantly surprised – the food was excellent, the service was quick and efficient, and the owner was very friendly and quite humorous. I will definitely be returning!
