Mcdonald's - West New York

To the team packing my Uber Eats orders from this restaurant: I’m not sure what I did to deserve this, but my orders are always incorrect or incomplete. There was no straw included, and my drink was filled with so much ice that half of it was gone after just three sips. I’ve decided to stop ordering from here.

One of the male staff members was very disrespectful and rude to some children who were simply present at the restaurant. Such behavior is unacceptable in a place frequented by kids, especially considering the comments he made to them.

This was my first visit since before the pandemic, and I can at least appreciate their consistency over the years. Thankfully, there are plenty of other dining options nearby that are both better and more affordable. I run a small hospitality business just a few blocks away, and I always warn my guests to steer clear of this McDonald's. I came back to see if anything had changed, but it seems I expected too much.

I had the worst customer service here . Specially from the cashier who took my order today . I got nothing from what I ordered plus he had the audacity to lie to the manager in front of my face . He told her a made up story . Plus he and the other 2 women's packing food were taking smack about me . I don't mind people messing up what gets me mad the people would lie and not accept what they did . I'm giving 2 star just because the manager was the only one who actually pay attention to me and wasn't rude about it . She fixed my order. At the end she was even confused on how in the world the guy got that order from . Most of the employees act like you getting things for free here . No I'm paying my food .

Always great service when I come in , quick and fast usually do mobile orders . Enough space to sit and eat. They also have the kiosks to order from. They take all war in take out and delivery. Please note picture were taken in the night that is why the kiosk says it’s closed.
