Bimini Twist - West Palm Beach

Celebrated my birthday at Bimini Twist last night. We started with Calamari. It was cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce. Followed by Yellow Tail Snapper with lump crab and béarnaise sauce, baked potato and spinach maria. Sooo delicious!!! Finished our dinner with crème brûlée cheese cake. Highly recommended. Restaurant had a great atmosphere. To top off our amazing dinner experience was our outstanding server, Conner. Very knowledgeable, great personality and very friendly. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. Rick Bartlett

Definitely is not what used to be with previous ownership, but they are trying. would like to see frozen drinks on bar menu. as much I like the octopus is too dry needs more olive oil and smoke paprika to give the Mediterranean flavor. Bread is good and plenty. Always have been a fun of this place so I hope to come back soon.

Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary ! It was our first visit to Bimini Twist but not our last. I made a reservation earlier through Open Table and had not delays being seated. Our server, Gianna, was a gem! Her suggestions and recommendations were on point. We were very satisfied with our experience and even ordered takeout. A new favorite is the spinach Maria , delicious! We are looking forward to our next visit to get more of our rewards card marked. Thank you!

Our server, Josh, was excellent and took good care of us. He was helpful answering our questions and recommending a good value wine. The food was very good-especially the always tasty Spinach Maria. One of our favorite restaurants!

The food was amazing and Conner, our server, gave great recommendations, very attentive and professional. I would definitely request Conner the next time I visit, yes I will be back, and I will let my friends know to do the same.
