Dunkin' - West Palm Beach

I visited this Dunkin' this morning, and while the cashier appeared to be a bit overwhelmed, she was polite and handled my order correctly. The staff was courteous too. Just a warning: they tend to be extremely busy in the mornings because of their location. If you're in a hurry, it might be better to try a less crowded spot.

"The service was quick as we purchased a dozen donuts without any delay. The donuts themselves were fresh and scrumptious. My client really enjoyed hers!"

The rest of the employees saved the place, they were all very understanding and doing their best. But there is a lady who works there, average height, skinny, dark skin, who has a terrible attitude. If you don 't like your job, just quit. My friend was in the middle of making her order and the lady yelled asking what sugar she wanted, distracting the kid at the cash register, so he didn 't hear 2 more items on the order, but it 's not a big deal things happen. When my friend said she wasn 't sure because she was just ordering for someone else this lady decided to say woooow with an attitude under her breathe. She then proceeded to have a continued attitude when we said we didn 't have 2 more items on our order and said well it ain 't on here so we asked the kid on register and he said he didn 't hear us, which is fine so we just added to the order. We did eventually get all our food and drinks but she definitely didn 't make them well either, it 's whatever. She seemed like she has worked there for awhile because multiple of the staff did ask her for help here and there, and I 'm sure she didn 't wear her name badge any of the times she 's working because she knows someone will call corporate on her. I don 't know who she thinks she is but she definitely ain 't it. Homegirl works at Dunkin... Relax with the attitude.

This is a fantastic spot for a quick takeout. The staff is extremely friendly, and they always get your order correct.

Coffee here is seriously good. Get a dark roast. Made fresh... I?m from Los Angeles people... I?m used to going to snobby coffee shops in LA and I?m telling you this coffee is great. The service is amazing too. Everyone is so nice.
