Ihop - West Palm Beach

This review is only for the service, as the food was as expected. We stopped on a Sunday that Della welcomed us with a smile a warning that she worked alone. We had no time. She treated all customers friendly, greeting, orders and serving. She checked them all. She could have emphasised everything, but she didn't show it. Well done Della thank you!

Decided to come for fast meal at Christmas the workers were so friendly and apologetic for the inconveniences given to the owner not to help enough food and personnel. Everything had a great night and the meal we ordered was delicious. People should be more polite and grateful to have a way to eat on Christmas or any holiday. These people cannot control the circumstances they have given and take out your anger, it only makes it worse for all around you.

Delicious food to start tomorrow. No too many tables, but early so you skip the line. Customer service very polite. Thank you. IHOP

The guy who took my order is always nice, this was my second time visiting this location however the 2+2+2+2! My sausages was burnt on one side under cooked on the other side the pancakes fell apart, bacon and egg was ok. Overall I know it would have been better if they were fully staffed! They are over work should be acknowledge for their hard work keeping up with the flow of customers.

This location has sadly gone downhill probably since COVID... The food is still ok but the place is super dark now like they are trying to save on electricity, didn't feel safe outside, and didn't feel 100% clean... This time however the service, the young waitress was absolutely amazing, probably the best we ever had... And she banked on it because we reward people who deserve it... Why can't they all be like that and make extra money is the real tragedy although I realize there are lots of poor or stingy people who don't reward them so eventually even she might not caring, who knows. Will probably go again but might not be our first late night choice anymore
