Mcdonald's - West Palm Beach

The food is consistently served hot, which is definitely the best aspect of this place. However, I often encounter issues with the staff and managers, who tend to have an attitude. This has been my main complaint with most McDonald's locations.

I am quite concerned by what I observed during my visit. I noticed that the kitchen staff were preparing food without wearing masks, simply breathing over the food as they worked. Specifically, at 9:05 am on October 17, 2020, I saw a young man with braids wearing a red shirt, working next to his manager, and neither of them had anything covering their faces while handling the food. I believe it's the manager's responsibility to address this situation, especially given the current circumstances.

Be careful! You have no safe Covid practice. I was here today. The cash register pressed buttons on the register and treated cash and then without gloves went to get my frits. I made it known that this was not acceptable and told managers what was going on. He put them on gloves. The manager seemed to have fought him inconveniently. No excuse, no explanation. The checkout then took off the gloves and went back to the register on push buttons. In a normal world, I wouldn't complain, but my life depends on it. I won't get sick.

Placed a mobile order, and got here at 1153pm only to be told that theyre closed and all the chefs are gone for the night.....why are you closed when you should be open till 12! This is the 2nd time i had to cancel an order because they decided to close before 12, and theyre losing customers cuz there was 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind me that all got the same speech. I will not be coming back, goodbye mcdonalds!
