Mcdonald's - West Palm Beach

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order was incomplete and incorrect, and the staff seemed indifferent. This is why McDonald's is not one of my top choices. However, they were open when I needed a meal, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was a miss.

I ordered a special fish sandwich with extra cheese and peppercorn sauce, but I was disappointed with what I received. Despite paying extra for cheese, the sandwich was not worth the cost. Unfortunately, the sandwich was not fresh or hot. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The only positive aspect of this McDonald's location is that if you ever feel unappreciated at work, you can imagine how the employees here must feel. The standard of service here is just as low as the nearby Blue Heron 95 location. The drive-thru is slow, with the cashier dancing with an earplug in one ear and a drive-thru headset in the other. It's difficult to communicate with them as they are clearly not listening. It seems that if they can excel in school and stay humble, they will have a chance of becoming a millionaire because the employees here are not much competition.

Drivethru was full, they parked me to wait for command. I gave the wrong order. I was waiting. then I went in to see where I was waiting. they gave me the same wrong order. I'll wait. they came back to me with wrong order. what was so difficult to order? big mac and two cheeseburgers. that's it. what did they want to give me...fish fillet and pommes. very disorganized. similar to mkst business....not enough help.

Food quality is worse. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich the chicken quality is over fried burn out and dry. Stuff behavior also so rude and ruff.
