Ruth's Chris Steak House West Palm Beach

Eating and service were well recognized that they did not notice the celebration on the reservation.

Steak was over cooked but service was great as always, just disappointed

We choose Ruth Chris for my wife 51st birthday, we arrived early. We waited 20 minutes over the set time to be seated which was fine. After we were seated it took 45 minutes to get any form of food on the table. We heard this was the best steak house and been to others like Mortens up the street Dinner finally came out after a long wait, my wife steak was well done, and she ordered medium steak. Manager came out and apologized and reordered a new steak, this time it came out rear. Manager took it back and it come back same way. I think they just put it in the microwave. My wife was very disappointed and told them to put it in a box and she would take it home and cook it herself. Manager did not return, and then we were waiting to get dessert, then a long wait to get the check I’ve gone to some restaurants with a name , and got way better service. My New York strip was the hardest I ever had it. Not done with any care.

Bathroom was disgusting the toilet seat was broken with gashes in the seat When you pay that much for steak it could at least have a clean bathroom
