Shakey's Pizza Parlor - West Pasco

The manager at the Pasco Shakey’s location is always super friendly and customer service is his top priority. I can tell he works really hard to make this location welcoming to families in the community and takes pride in managing this location.

We called in advance, a choir of over 50 kids. They were perfectly able to get us our food in a timely manner and were extremely polite and accommodating, along with the fact that they had TWO other choirs with around the same capacity. They were efficient, polite and overall amazing. Best survice I've gotten in a long time.

My husband, boys and I are in town for a baseball tournament. When we discovered there was a shakey 's, we were excited to share some of our childhood with them. The place was EMPTY when we went in. An employee with a sheet of paper in his hand was running around. We didn 't get any type of acknowledgement. We waited for several minutes, still nothing. We talked to another customer who was treated the same as us. The other customer was told an hour wait. It occurred to us that with baseball in town. They are just busy. A friendly sorry, we 're super busy would have gone a long way. We ended up walking out, without ever being spoken to. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Good chicken, pizza ok. Employees were interested in their own conversation so ignored customers.
