Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - West Point

I returned to Columbus after spending four years in Europe and was looking forward to enjoying some roasted chicken again. Unfortunately, it was overcooked and burnt—completely disappointing. The wait definitely wasn't worth it.

I received old chicken wings, and the service was incredibly poor.

This restaurant is quite inefficient, and the chicken was not well prepared. During my visit, there were several employees on duty, but they seemed unable to work together effectively; it felt like each person was focused on their own tasks and ignoring everything else. We waited 25 minutes for our order, and there was someone else who waited even longer! I won't be returning, and I suggest you avoid this place too.

This is my personal preference I gave it one star because the chicken is awful it's too greasy it's my first time eating at KFC in West Point and it will be my last time eating there even my eight-year-old niece says it's too greasy and it made her vomit she got the $5 fill up box because it has a cookie in it and she don't want KFC anymore not even for the cookie so yeah that's my take on KFC in West Point.

I love KFC
