Eppies - West Sacramento

Amazing food. Great staff. I highly recommend them.They actually have health and a vegetarian option to choose from. Which is much appreciated.

While in town working on the commissioning of a sensor and scanner system for the local post office I managed to convince my co worker, normally leery of anything remotely referred to as a diner , to give the place a try. We normally came in around 10 am for the rest of the time we were in Sacramento. Eppie's never felt dirty or greasy when we were in. It reminded me of places I'd go to as a kid with my parents. Coffee was great, never burnt tasting. The Breakfast Special was our typical go to. At about 10 before tax, it beat out a LOT of other options nearby in terms of price, quality and quantity of food. I'd gladly order it again if ever I got to come back to town working on a project for the West Sacramento P DC. My co worker also tried tri tip for the first time from this place in two different sandwich styles and loved it both times. This place for me is going on that list with places like Neptune's Net and Coco's Ichibanya Curry House as places that I'd want to go back to California to eat at. I just wish I could continue to be a regular like we were at the end.

Love this place! Outstanding waitress Denise was friendly, courteous and professional. Food was very good and you get a lot for your hard-earned money. Highly recommend to all. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Excellent is the first word I would use. Second word delicious. Last and last word excellent. A great place to take your friends and family. You feel like home. It's been a long time since I had good service and food. Don't miss this place. Just walk in, relax and have a good meal.

We sat immediately and visited a very well-trained young man. The waitress was polite, friendly and attentive. The only reservation I had was that I didn't get a refill on my coffee and that's why I drank cold coffee when the cup was halfway. Our family has been eating at Eppies since the 1970s and we have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service. We'll eat there as long as it's open to business.
