Dunkin' Donuts - West Seneca

The manager at this location is unprofessional, discourteous, and difficult to deal with. She was very disrespectful to one of the staff members in front of customers, which was quite unsettling. Fortunately, one of the employees provided me with her full name, and I have reported the issue to corporate. I believe she should be let go and find a position away from customer service, as her attitude is unacceptable.

The way management spoke to the employees was truly appalling, especially with customers present in the lobby. I can only imagine how they are treated when there aren't any customers around.

Breakfast was incredibly fresh, and their coffee is the best in town. The staff is friendly and courteous as well.

They didn't make the donuts on the sign advertised. Then they didn't have the jelly donuts with powdered sugar. Worst donuts I've ever had! They don't make them like they used to. The server was rude upon check out. He didnt say a word! No thanks, nohave a nice day. Done with Dunkin Donuts!

The overweight female manager at this site is ill-mannered, uncivil, respectful and overall treat an alpt room. she was very rude to one of the employees at this location (right before customers) for the luck one of the employees gave me their first surname, and I have reported it to the company since then. it has to be fired asap and work with its müll setting in the back office.
