Wow! The doughnuts are enormous and filled to the brim! Definitely not for the faint of heart!

This place is a must-visit for doughnut lovers! The doughnuts are large and bursting with flavor. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was a bit surprised that a half dozen doughnuts and an orange juice totaled $14, but you truly get what you pay for.

If you are noticing a lot of Buffalo based reviews lately it is because I just moved here. Getting to know the area and trying some local favorites…. Heard great things about Paula’s Donuts so decided to try…..and so thrilled that I did. WOW. Thoughts I would just bring home a dozen; but, there were so many delicious and enticing choices that I ended up with 14 plus 2 specialty donuts. All of them were/are amazing!!! If you want to thrill your family with a treat, be the most popular person in your office or clients office just bring Paula’s Donuts! To top it off the staff at the West Seneca location was friendly, helpful and friendly. Great Donuts!!!

I drove 30 minutes to get my son a chocolate peanut butter donut, but when we arrived, the cashier handed him an angel cream-filled donut instead. I specifically requested that the staff change their gloves while preparing food, as my son has an immune deficiency. Unfortunately, none of the three employees making food bothered to change their gloves. Instead, they were goofing off, touching garbage bags, coughing, and engaging in other unsanitary behaviors that could lead to cross-contamination. It was really unappetizing. I ended up having to throw away the food they prepared for us, and my son didn't even like the donut they gave him since it wasn’t what we ordered. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service and cleanliness. It felt like a waste of both my time and money.
