Chili's Grill - West Springfield

Today after work, I finally used up the remaining balance on a gift card that had been sitting in my wallet for three years. Unfortunately, my experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped.

The bartender was extremely slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The exit door close to the bar was covered in bird droppings. I would advise not looking at it unless you want to...

I ordered the Just Wings from GrubHub and got medium buffalo, garlic parmesan, and cilantro jalapeño flavors in both boneless and bone-in varieties. Unfortunately, it was terrible and tasted like garbage. I ended up throwing it away.
