Olive Garden Italian - West Springfield

The food was delicious and outstanding. This place truly exceeded my expectations without any excuses. Everything was fantastic. For soup, I recommend the chicken gnocchi soup, and if you enjoy sweet drinks, I suggest you try the amaretto sour.

The food was decent, and the service was adequate. However, when we requested to return the salad due to an allergy to red wobblers, they should have informed us beforehand. The staff member who handled our request seemed withdrawn and removed the wobblers but didn’t address our concern thoroughly. I found another piece in the salad. It would be advisable to take extra precautions with salads in situations like this, as they can’t be certain about possible allergens.

Olive Garden has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants, and this location did not disappoint. The food and service were excellent, just as I've come to expect. It's definitely a great spot to stop by in West Springfield.

Our server, Cassie was absolutely wonderful. She' got a sense of humor and a personality that made my day. I hadn't been there since pre-covid and the menu has dramatically shrunk. It's one page, double sided. One side is drinks, the other is food. Last time I was there, it was some 5 page fold out. Cassie was very patient and let me know what was different and gave me plenty of time to decide. In a world of hurry up, it was nice to sit and relax. The food was good. It was no Sunday dinner at Nonni's, but it was still good. Food came out hot, Cassie kept our breadstick and drinks full. Dinner was four stars, but the service was 6 out of 5!
