Recently, an employee—an adult—threatened me, asking me to fight her while she was on the clock. I am a minor, and when I reported this to the store manager, Phyllis, she dismissed my concerns, saying there was nothing she could do and that she would talk to the employee’s mother. It seems highly unlikely that informing an 18-year-old's mother will have any effect. Moreover, by law, such threatening behavior should warrant suspension or termination. I also have videos of this adult vaping and drinking with minors aged 14-15, which is unacceptable, yet no action has been taken. Additionally, my personal information was leaked, as this employee knew private details that were only discussed with management, which is illegal since they are supposed to protect my information as a minor. The store manager supported the adult who threatened me and even encouraged her behavior because she is friends with her. I would like corporate to reach out to me regarding this situation.
