Caramel Cinnamon Shake was absolutely delicious The rib Real Country Style Rib Sandwich was so dry I could barely taste anything except the insane amount of barbecue sauce that was slathered all over the meat to cover how dry it was.

FALSE ADVERTISING: Front of the building is a sign for 4 beef sandwiches for $10. Waited for more than 5 minutes at the drive threw kiosk before my order was taken. When i went to pay was told the 4 for $10 is only with coupon. No where on the sign doesit say that. UPDATE: Corporate sent me a link to submit my complaint but no one ever responded to that complaint.

I ordered three #10 Roasted Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches for a family event, but when I got home, I discovered that two of the three sandwiches were made with bacon, cheese, and lettuce instead. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they assured me they would remake the sandwiches whenever I needed. I told them to start making them right away since I was on my way there. When I arrived, however, none of the sandwiches were ready for pickup. One employee tried to offer me vouchers for sandwiches, but I explained that the person I spoke to on the phone said they would remake the sandwiches and that I had requested them to be made in advance. Finally, the employee offered to make the sandwiches for me on the spot.
