This girl Alli keeps touching her hair and fixing her cap with gloves on, and her nails are way to long that they are sticking out of the gloves, it seems like it is harvesting some creatures there, definitely a deal breaker on the hygiene side. Just getting soup today.

I absolutely LOVE Zupas! But this location is a constant frustration and disappointment. I’ve ordered food that wasn’t delivered, and they never answered when I called about it. Last night, I met a date there and it took us 25 minutes to get through the line and pay. None of the employees seems to be in a rush, or even bothered by the fact that we were waiting so long. I bet this guys are getting tired of being apologizing so much, yet they do so little to improve. Worst location ever. They are understaffed and the restaurant looks dirty. There are flies flying over the food. Just disgusting
