Chili's Grill - West Valley City

Everything was wonderful. They simply forgot to bring us any chips when we ordered chips and salsa.

Ive been to a lot of different Chilis, and I can say that this is by far the worst one. Ordered the Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crisper Combo with fries and Mac and cheese. They forgot the fries, the Mac and cheese did not taste right, and the ranch they gave me was definitely bad considering the sour taste. Chicken was alright, it is hard to screw up Chicken tenders, but they found a way.

Classic Sirloin* 10oz was good, Classic Ribeye* was really fatty. Loaded Mashed Potatoes were really runny and weird texture. Brilliant to have Corn on the cob as a side!

The order arrived almost an hour late. We ordered two steaks that were under seasoned, undercooked, and ice cold. They were some of the worst cuts of meat I have ever had. Additionally, my mashed potatoes were forgotten and I received the wrong kind of corn. In addition, fries were forgotten for our chicken tenders.

Every time I order from this restaurant, my order is incorrect or missing items. The food is either overly salty, oily, or has an overwhelming amount of cumin. Overall, it was a terrible experience! Save your money and avoid this place.
